About Our Factory Commissioning Method
Commissioning is a method, not a hopeful weekend. We prove I/O, then sequence, then a run the operators can repeat without us hovering.
Order of proof
- I/O and safety devices against the drawings.
- Dry sequence without product, then with agreed dummies or material.
- Punch list closed before we call the cell complete.
Who signs
A supervisor who will live with the cell signs that they can start, stop, and recover. A signature from someone who will never stand there is not enough.
Documents left behind
Program backup, I/O list, spare list, restart steps. Commissioning without those is a demonstration, not a delivery.
